We are looking for a creative and user-centric UX Designer to lead the design of our voice analytics and NLP-based SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing complex data visualization interfaces and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate intricate voice analytics data into intuitive, engaging, and accessible user interfaces.
Job responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize responsive UI components using React and Next.js for our SaaS platform
- Transform wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups into engaging, accessible web-based applications
- Build and maintain robust data visualization interfaces to communicate complex voice analytics and NLP insights effectively
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure design accuracy and visual consistency
- Work closely with product managers to understand and translate business and user requirements into front-end solutions
- Implement and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the platform
- Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility across browsers and devices
- Stay updated on UI trends, especially in AI, data visualization, and SaaS applications
- Advocate for user-centered and accessible UI development practices across the organization
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in front-end development, preferably for SaaS or data-intensive applications
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and related libraries (e.g., Redux, Styled Components)
- Experience building complex data visualization interfaces (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards
- Familiarity with modern front-end development workflows and tools (Webpack, Babel, ESLint)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present development approaches and solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building AI-powered applications or products involving machine learning
- Knowledge of voice user interface (VUI) design principles and natural language processing interfaces
- Familiarity with enterprise or B2B SaaS products
- Experience with animation and micro-interactions in user interfaces
- Knowledge of data privacy and security considerations in front-end development
