We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. In this role, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and support overall business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in our messaging and maximize our market presence.

Job responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage integratedmarketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Brand Management: Enhance brand awareness and ensuremessaging consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts includingsocial media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC to drive online engagement andconversions.
  • Content & Communication: Collaborate with creative teamsto produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report oncampaign performance using marketing analytics tools; use insights to optimizefuture campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensurecost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, webinars, andother promotional activities to build community and drive brand engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, andexternal partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relatedfield (advanced degree is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing management or a similarrole, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successfulmulti-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools andplatforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Excellent project management, communication, andinterpersonal skills.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solvingabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment andmanage multiple projects simultaneously.
