We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Leader tospearhead our customer acquisition strategies and drive revenue growth. In thisrole, you will design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns thatgenerate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Job responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensivedemand generation strategies across digital channels including PPC, SEO, email,social media, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketingcampaigns that drive qualified leads and support sales targets.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance metricsand adjust strategies to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, andcreative teams to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates withtarget audiences.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the demand generationbudget to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Market Trends: Stay current on industry trends and emergingtechnologies to continuously enhance marketing tactics.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, leadquality, and overall marketing effectiveness to senior leadership.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relatedfield; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performancemarketing, or digital marketing roles, preferably within the tech or startupspace.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing high-impactmulti-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools(e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpretcomplex data sets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project managementskills.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability tothrive in a fast-paced environment.
