Founding UX Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Founding FullStack Engineer to help build and scale our product from the ground up. As a keymember of our founding team, you will work on both the client-side andserver-side, shaping our technology stack and developing innovative solutionsthat drive our business forward. • User-Centered Design: Lead the design and implementation ofuser interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes,prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, andfeedback sessions to inform design decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely withdevelopers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design strategieswith business goals.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent designsystem and style guide to ensure a unified user experience across allplatforms.
• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologiesin UX/UI design, integrating innovative solutions to enhance user satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction(HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably instartups or dynamic product environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design andcreative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch,Figma, Adobe XD).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS,JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and akeen eye for detail.
